For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PMHourly Rate: $27-$28.50 per hour, based off of education and experience Benefits include, but are not limited to:- Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more)- Tuition Assistance- Referral BonusWe are searching for a Full-Time Day Treatment Coordinator to work in our residential program located in East Brunswick, NJ. - Independently develops, creates, measures, and plans appropriate programming tomeet individual participant needs as outlined in care plan- Lead monthly resident councils and submit reports to Clinical or Program Director- Assists with developing and implementing culturally sensitive recreational, leisure, health oriented, and avocational activities for individual clients and client groups within the residence and in the community- Works directly with the client and provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote the client’s success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational/educational pursuits as identified by clients’ treatment plan as needed- Participates in the on-call rotation as scheduled. Requirements:- A high school diploma along with a minimum of two to three years experience in the health care industry is required- Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – highly preferred or as required for any local state or licensing guidelines- Must be at least 18 years of age- Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained- Ability to lift 50lbsCollage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer. #JT Apply HereEqual employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilitiesPI284921372
