The Role:

• Location: Marion, IN 46952
• Assignment duration: Sporadic Coverage Dates Needed
• Shift Type: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Cases: Level IV Trauma, Low Volume ER. Annual volume 25,000; treatment rooms: 7; behavioral health rooms: 2; trauma rooms: 2; observation/admit rooms: 4.
• Single coverage 3a-7a, additional coverage with mix of mid-level providers and physicians
• Prefer EM trained and BC, but will accept FP/IM
• Requirements: Active IN License, CSR, & DEA.
• Credentialing: 60-90 Days
