What You'll Be Selling

You'll represent World Fuel's Cardlock and commercial fuel solutions, helping businesses manage fuel costs, improve efficiency, and keep their operations running.

This is a relationship-driven B2B sales role where you'll work directly with business owners and commercial customers while developing both existing and new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts
• Grow existing relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
• Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business
• Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and territory planning
• Learn how to deliver value-based solutions to commercial customers
• Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline management

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, logistics, or another customer-facing environment
• Strong desire to build a long-term career in sales
• Competitive, driven, and motivated to win
• High energy with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to spend time in the field learning and developing customer relationships
• Coachable with a true hunter mentality
• Comfortable hearing "no" and staying focused on the next opportunity
