About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Annuity Product Innovation to take on a pivotal role in leading the design and development of cutting-edge annuity and wealth products. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and will be responsible for driving the innovation process within the product design team. This position demands a professional with a strong background in pricing, particularly in the context of various financial instruments such as FIA, MYGA, RILA, IUL, and structured notes. While not mandatory, exposure to programming languages like Python and R is considered a valuable asset. Applicants for the Head of Annuity Product Innovation role at the company should be prepared to bring a high level of expertise and creativity to the table. The ideal candidate will be an FSA or career ASA with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field, and a proven track record of success in product design and development. The role requires a deep understanding of the market and the ability to translate that knowledge into innovative product solutions. A collaborative approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential, as is a passion for driving the future of annuity and wealth products.
