RXO, Inc. seeks a Stock Plan Manager to develop, analyze, implement and administer employee equity programs. This role ensures stock plan activities meet legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements while supporting management and participants. The position is based at RXO's Charlotte headquarters with an onsite schedule, collaborating with Finance, HR, Tax, Payroll and Legal to maintain equity records, generate reports, and continuously improve administration processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr RXO, Inc.
