We're seeking a Creative Director to lead creative development, guide teams, and drive projects from concept through execution. This is a project-based opportunity with exposure to a variety of clients and brands, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion. Candidates should have significant experience developing integrated campaigns with a strong focus on experiential and retail marketing. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across experiential, retail, shopper, social, digital, OOH, print, video, influencer, and activation channels. Translate client objectives into compelling creative solutions that exceed business goals. Present and sell creative concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Partner closely with strategy, account, production, design, and project management teams to deliver best-in-class work. Manage, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams, including writers, art directors, and designers. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources. Maintain high creative standards while driving innovation and strategic thinking. Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow business and creative scope. Support new business pitches, creative leadership, talent development, and team culture. Qualifications 7-9+ years of creative agency experience, with substantial work in experiential, retail, and shopper marketing. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven ability to lead integrated creative campaigns from concept to execution. Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience presenting to senior clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management experience. Highly organized, collaborative, resilient, and solution-oriented. Additional Information The annual salary range for this position is $197,225 - $200,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy. Temporary employees are eligible for safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
