We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from commercial and retail developments to multi-family residential and multidisciplinary site development projects .

• Partner with engineers on the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
• Develop engineering plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D .
• Contribute to stormwater management , site development , grading , drainage , and utility design efforts.
• Assist with projects involving traffic engineering and landscape architecture coordination .
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
• Prepare technical documentation, calculations, and project deliverables.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all project phases.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD .
• Experience with:
  • Grading and drainage design
  • Utility design
  • Stormwater management
  • Land development and site civil engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Engineer-in-Training ( EIT ) certification or Professional Engineer ( PE ) license.
• Experience with Civil 3D .
• Prior internship experience in a civil engineering environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Woodbury, CT.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Company offers 401k, MEdical, Dental, Vision, PTO and Holiday Pay

This is a fully onsite position in Woodbury,CT.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 20, 2026.
