Data Entry Associate

We have an immediate opening for a detailed‑oriented data entry specialist to assist our support office teams. You will be supporting the accounting team with administrative duties and working in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. This is a temporary part‑time position averaging 15–25hours per week and will require on‑site work in Eden Prairie, MN; no remote work will be available. Come work with us, not for us! Key Functions, Responsibilities, and Tasks Process Accounts Payable. Enter data into NetSuite and other ERP systems. Required A positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Experience with repetitive, data‑heavy work. High accuracy when inputting information into data sets. Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, email, and computer skills. Ability to handle varying daily priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Strong organizational skills. Familiarity with YouTube and eCommerce platforms. Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
