What We're Looking For:

• Tuesday–Friday 8:30a-530p and 8am-1pm Saturdays or 8:30am-5:30pm M-F (37/40hr. week).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience .
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do:  (May include but not limited to the following duties)

• Be the friendly face that greets and assists our valued guests.
• Handle calls with a smile, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Use various software tools, including Microsoft Office, to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep our office stocked and organized for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of our customer areas.
• Help streamline paperwork processes and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Assist with guest communications and manage important documentation.
