In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, helping shape ServiceNow strategies, design scalable solutions, and lead implementations that deliver measurable business value. As a CGI consultant, you will work alongside talented technology and business professionals on high-impact initiatives for our clients. • Lead the architecture, design, configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Establish architecture standards, development practices, and platform governance.
• Provide technical leadership from discovery and design through deployment and optimization.
• Design and oversee configurations, custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure alignment with ServiceNow and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Mentor developers and administrators and help resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
• Senior-level experience designing, developing, administering, and implementing ServiceNow in medium-to-large enterprise environments.
• Experience in a ServiceNow architecture or technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, integrations, security, and governance.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and software development principles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $198,400.00.
