School Operations Manager

Crescent City Schools

New Orleans, LA

Our Operations Managers impact students' lives by:

Assisting the Transportation Manager with bus routing, maintaining student transportation updates, arrival and dismissal, and field trips
Assisting the Data Manager with testing procedures, logistics, and security
Assisting the Kitchen Manager with coordination, preparation, and submission of meal data for federal reimbursements
Assisting the Technology Manager with student and staff technology
Assisting the Office Manager in the registration and enrollment process
Preparing family communications
Supporting event coordination and other special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
This is an in-person role

Crescent City Schools is a nonprofit Charter Management Organization whose mission is to support and develop open-enrollment charter schools that raise student achievement and prepare students for college. Crescent City Schools currently operates three PreK-8th grade open-enrollment charter schools: Harriet Tubman and Dorothy Height Charter Schools on the West Bank and Mildred Osborne Charter School in the Kenilworth neighborhood.
