Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and scale our affiliate marketing programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who has successfully developed affiliate programs and knows how to identify, recruit, activate, and manage high-quality affiliates and partners. You will be responsible for growing affiliate marketing into a meaningful customer acquisition channel by developing the strategy, recruiting partners, creating campaigns and incentives, monitoring performance, and continuously improving affiliate-generated leads, customers, and revenue. We are specifically looking for someone with demonstrated experience building and growing affiliate programs, rather than simply administering an existing program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates, publishers, content creators, influencers, bloggers, comparison sites, referral partners, and other potential partners.
• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective affiliates and build long-term relationships with them.
• Develop affiliate commission structures, promotions, incentives, and campaigns designed to increase participation and sales.
• Create an effective onboarding and activation process for new affiliates.
• Work with internal teams to provide affiliates with landing pages, marketing materials, messaging, offers, and other resources required to successfully promote our services.
• Identify high-potential affiliates and develop strategies to increase their traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Build relationships with larger publishers and strategic affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion and revenue.
• Identify inactive or underperforming affiliates and develop strategies to improve their performance.
• Monitor affiliate activity for fraudulent, misleading, or low-quality traffic and leads.
• Test different commission structures, offers, campaigns, landing pages, and affiliate recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and lead-to-customer conversion.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering affiliate recruitment, activation, leads, customers, revenue, and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Min 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience building or significantly scaling affiliate marketing programs.
• Strong experience personally recruiting and developing affiliates and strategic partners.
• Experience working with affiliate networks, affiliate management platforms, publishers, influencers, and content partners.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, commission structures, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Experience developing affiliate offers, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Ability to analyze affiliate performance data and make decisions based on measurable results.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the affiliate marketing channel.
• Experience with B2B services, SaaS, professional services, accounting, construction, financial services, or similar industries is preferred.
• Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, or affiliate agencies would be an advantage.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace area.
