Seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as a key technical resource supporting day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment. This individual will partner closely with IT leadership, provide escalation support, oversee technical initiatives, and help guide a small IT team while remaining hands-on with technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for desktop support and systems issues
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
• Assist with systems administration, infrastructure support, and IT operations
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Partner with IT leadership on projects and operational priorities
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Support documentation, process improvements, and technology initiatives
• Coordinate activities across multiple locations as needed

Required Experience

• 6+ years of IT experience
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Active Directory administration
• Windows operating systems and endpoint support
• Systems administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience serving as a technical lead, escalation point, or mentor
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Azure
• Windows Server
• VMware
• Networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
• IT operations or team leadership experience
• Experience supporting enterprise environments

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally between sites when needed
• Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redondo Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
