Desktop Support Specialist

Must have experience supporting Windows, Mac, AV equipment, basic networking issues, hardware/software issues Strong customer service and communication skills (will work on a small team – must be self-motivated and proactive) Should have knowledge of MS office, Teams, Sharepoint Past experience in the military or work in defense/aerospace would be a plus

The ideal candidate is highly customer service oriented, service-minded, and able to troubleshoot common endpoint, collaboration, and network issues with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system Deliver excellent customer service with a helpful, service-oriented approach Troubleshoot and resolve issues with: Dell Windows laptops General endpoint connectivity issues using tools such as ping and tracert Support the Microsoft 365 stack, including: Microsoft Office SharePoint Microsoft Teams Provide basic AV support and troubleshoot NEAT Bars Document issues, resolutions, and updates clearly in the ticketing system Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support as needed Follow established procedures, security protocols, and service desk workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr Milestone Technologies, Inc.
