Roaming Personal Financial Representative

Position 5D Teller – Customer Service at CapEd Federal Credit Union, Meridian Administration – MERIDIAN, ID 83642 Pay $22.19 per hour. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries, performs cash and non-cash transactions and account maintenance while actively listening to and inquiring about needs to provide a superior member experience and value‑added solutions. Assists members and potential members with new credit union memberships, consumer accounts and consumer lending inquiries; opens, closes, converts and/or maintains member accounts and processes applications for all consumer lending offerings. Resolves complex member inquiries, researches potential solutions, and follows escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team members as needed. Balances cash, checks and completes daily transactions, account maintenance and loan applications with minimal errors. Maintains expert knowledge of all credit union products, services and promotions. Contributes to efficient credit union operations by performing other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of similar or related experience. Education: High school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to operate a computer and phone, and may perform repetitive motions and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly is required. Work Environment Work is carried out Monday through Saturday (8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) in an indoor environment; occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required.
