Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Mexico Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
Clinical experience assessing and treating post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
Must have enrollment or ability to obtain any state-specific caregiver account or registry required by New Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with documentation systems common to skilled nursing environments preferred.

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 0800-1630.
Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Meal break: 30 minutes.
Candidate may be required to comply with facility-specific onboarding and screening procedures.
