Bilingual Billing ClerkA growing organization is seeking a Bilingual Billing Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams while ensuring accurate invoicing, timely order tracking, and exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & InvoicingPrepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timelyReconcile invoices against orders, delivery documentation, and pricing agreementsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice disputesProcess billing adjustments, credits, and payment applicationsMonitor outstanding invoices and support collections effortsMaintain organized billing records and supporting documentationCollaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and complianceCustomer Service & Order ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for customer, carrier, and logistics-related inquiriesManage incoming calls, emails, and service requests professionally and efficientlyProcess customer orders and purchase orders from initiation through delivery completionProvide timely updates regarding order status, delivery schedules, and service issuesCoordinate with transportation providers and operational teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmentResolve customer concerns and identify effective solutions within established guidelinesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsEstablish and maintain new customer and vendor accountsSupport customers with product documentation, technical information, and related requestsBuild strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsivenessAdministrative SupportProvide general office and administrative supportPrepare, edit, and proofread correspondence and business documents in both English and SpanishMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systemsSupport internal processes, procedures, and recordkeeping requirementsAssist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
