Job Description We are a well-established clinic in Arizona seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team! This position offers a balanced 4-day workweek, with mentorship opportunities to contribute to professional growth. Practice Details Join a team of 1 Internal Medicine MD, 1 Family Medicine NP, and 1 Primary Care PA We offer a collaborative environment with available mentorship for newly graduated residency candidates Clinic focuses on adult and geriatric patients and offers specialized care for diabetes patients due to high need in the area. Schedule 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Phone call only with a 1:4 rotation, taken 1 week per month Very light with 0-5 calls per week Compensation and Benefits Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k with employer match, CME allowance and reimbursement, and FSA Annual CME reimbursement of $5,000 plus renversement for DEA, professional fees, and licensure up to $2,500 5 weeks of PTO plus 6 days of paid holiday time Lifestyle Spending Account of $800 per year, including additional wellness programs and incentives Tuition reimbursement program available with up to $5,250 per year Malpractice with tail coverage Location This community is centrally located to Phoenix or San Diego, but also within a few hours’ drive of Las Vegas, Sedona, and Tucson, to name a few.
