• Full-time preferred schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with an option for a 4-day workweek.
• Manage a patient load of 12 to 16 individuals per day in an outpatient clinic environment.
• Focus on adult patients aged 60 and above.
• No procedures are required unless the provider chooses to participate.
• Provide coverage for provider departures, with the possibility of extension.
