Overview We’re hiring a full‑time Video Editor for Catapultor. We’re building a high‑volume YouTube content engine focused on business, entrepreneurship, cinematic storytelling, and premium visual production. This is not a generic editing role. Responsibilities Long‑form YouTube editing Short‑form content creation Retention editing Cinematic cold opens Story‑driven narratives Repurposing raw footage into engaging content Requirements Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio Experience using Frame.io workflows Experience editing business/entrepreneurship content Portfolio with videos generating hundreds of thousands to millions of views Strong retention editing skills Fast turnaround times Strong storytelling instincts Bonus Skills Cinematic storytelling experience Understanding of YouTube trends and strategy Color grading skills Use of AI editing tools to improve workflows Proactive thinking and creative contribution Compensation $5,000–$7,000/month.
