Copywriter (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Trout Creative Thinking is an independent brand and creative agency founded in Australia more than 30 years ago. We work across Australia and the United States, helping organizations build distinctive brands and deliver marketing that drives real business growth.

We’re looking for a Copywriter who can turn strategy into clear, effective work, bringing consistency and craft to day-to-day delivery. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

Writing & Execution

Develop clear, effective copy across brand, campaign, and digital

Execute both short- and long-form content with consistency

Ensure all work aligns with brand strategy and project objectives

Contribute to campaign ideas and creative concepts

Manage multiple projects without dropping balls

Adapt quickly as priorities shift

Strong portfolio across brand, campaign, and content work

Writing & Thinking

Strong writing skills with good conceptual instincts

Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and copy editing skills

Understands brand strategy and applies it to writing

Flexible on full-time or part-time, depending on fit

Some in-office time as needed (Addison)
