The General Manager in Training role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time. Essential Duties Generate and monitor center revenue: develop operational plans and budgets, and track performance to meet financial goals while controlling labor and other expenses. Operate as an operational professional: manage day‑to‑day operations, schedule and plan, and communicate effectively with the team. Train your team: supervise regular training, ensure proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards; direct assistants and other managers. Review center performance: conduct regular meetings with management, analyze profit & loss statements weekly/monthly, and adjust action plans. Rally the troops: maintain high morale and handle HR or loss‑prevention issues as they arise. Prioritize guests: achieve guest service goals, resolve complaints satisfactorily, and ensure complete guest satisfaction. Remain flexible: work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed. Who You Are As one of our General Managers in Training, you’re a customer‑service pro who knows what it’s like to work in a fast‑paced environment and thrives amid that energy. You’re a strong team player, accountable for your and your team’s performance, an extraordinary problem‑solver, and have at least a few years of management experience under your belt.
