Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This full-time, onsite position will involve not only providing exceptional rehabilitation services to patients but also managing clinical outcomes and enhancing the overall treatment process within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical outcomes by analyzing cases and consulting with staff therapists on outlier situations, ensuring optimal treatment results.
• Implement and manage clinical workflows to streamline patient intake processes, referrals, and scheduling, thereby improving operational efficiency.
• Evaluate each patient on their first visit and execute tailored therapy plans focusing on early intervention strategies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatments.
• Create a teamwork-oriented atmosphere that promotes high-quality interactions among colleagues, which contribute to superior patient experiences and success.
• Collaborate with our Direct Treatment Operations (DTO) team to identify opportunities for clinical improvement, enhancing service delivery standards.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with referral sources, employers, and payer groups through regular communication and strategic engagement initiatives.
• Utilize clinical documentation systems efficiently to ensure that all patient care is well-documented, with appropriate coding and charge capture for billing accuracy.
• Maintain strict compliance with the Florida State Practice Act and other relevant regulations, ensuring the highest professional standards are upheld.
• Drive patient satisfaction metrics by consistently applying the guidelines outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook, helping improve our service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will primarily serve patients recovering from various physical challenges, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Our diverse client base requires a Physical Therapist who is not only adept at delivering superior care but also highly skilled in customizing treatment plans to fit individual patient needs, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of rehabilitation tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, consider alternatives, and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a rehabilitation facility setting, especially in managing clinical operations and working with multidisciplinary teams, is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation practices will be beneficial in ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
