Order Management Specialist

Annual Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000, depending on experience. The Order Management Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely order lifecycle within our apparel and product decoration manufacturing process. This position is responsible for overseeing incoming orders from receipt through production and delivery, acting as the central point of communication between internal teams (sales, art, production, shipping) and external customers. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and providing excellent communication and customer service and possessing an in-depth knowledge of company decoration techniques and order processing procedures. Responsibilities Monitor appropriate inbound order channels. Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, validation, scheduling, tracking, and fulfillment. Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring necessary artwork, decoration instructions, and customer details are provided. Check accuracy of goods received in, pricing, shipping instructions, and decoration instructions. Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and account managers. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, changes, and issues. Consistently monitor and follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. Resolve order discrepancies, production challenges, or inventory issues quickly and professionally. Update order management systems with accurate order details, status changes, and documentation. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. Other tasks to serve the team & customers. Qualifications 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or production coordination—preferably in a manufacturing or decorated goods environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of independence and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Plan and manage a workflow with clear direction Meticulous attention to detail Customer focused mentality #J-18808-Ljbffr #TagSwag
