responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties testing of thermal interface materials and specialized coatings.
• Run and maintain laboratory equipment while supporting the ongoing standardization of lab test methods.
• Ensure all application and lab equipment is calibrated and safety-checked per local regulations.
• Conduct standard laboratory testing to support new product introductions and customer sample evaluations.
• Evaluate, record, and compile test data into Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to communicate project results to Application Engineers.

qualifications:

Required:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to follow experimental protocols and maintain safe laboratory practices when handling toxic chemicals.
• Physical ability to stand while working in the lab throughout most of the day.

Preferred:

• Degree in Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
