Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Retention to own the retention engine end-to-end. You will deeply understand customers, their goals, behaviors, and why they stay or leave, translating insight into competitive advantage across post-purchase journeys. This hands-on role blends strategy with implementation: manage lifecycle programs (Email, SMS, Push), optimize churn, LTV, and reactivation; partner with Brand, Growth, Product, and Operations to scale a world-class subscription and loyalty #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpha Lion
