As a Manager of Business Analysis at Copart, you will leverage your strategic and analytical expertise to drive key company initiatives. You'll collaborate with top-tier professionals to develop and implement strategies that have a significant impact on our bottom line. General Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies that promote growth, profitability, and competitive success for Copart, adapting to changing consumer and market demands.
• May manage and mentor a team of 1-2 analysts, fostering a culture of development and retention of talent within the organization.
• Formulate and execute new product and pricing strategies, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business objectives.

• Lead marketing efforts for select products, utilizing targeted insights to inform the design and development of new marketing strategies, and testing hypotheses through rigorous monitoring and analysis.

• Oversee the delivery of business objectives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments, including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or business analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, marketing dashboards, Tableau, marketing automation platforms).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders by translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
