Scheduling Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Scheduler to support a high-profile, large-scale data center projects across Texas on a hybrid basis. The role can be operated on a hybrid rotationproviding the opportunity to remain closely involved with the project while maintaining flexibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain CPM project schedules using Primavera P6. Track project progress and analyze schedule performance. Identify risks, delays, and opportunities to improve project delivery. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement. Prepare schedule updates, reports, and forecasts for project leadership. Support planning, scheduling, and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience as a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler on large-scale construction projects. Strong proficiency with Primavera P6. Experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, or major commercial ground up construction projects is preferred ($100M+) Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
