How You'll Contribute Assumes shift accountability for hospital operations and provides direction and assistance to the primary caregivers in patient - care areas. Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff. Coordinates and directs activities in emergency situations. Counsels and directs unit resource nurses and staff in provision of direct nursing care. Functions as a patient advocate. Investigates and resolves patient/customer and staff complaints. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire ACLS, PALS required within 7 days of hire 5 years experience as Registered Nurse in a hospital setting is highly preferred Nursing supervisor in ICU and/or ED preferred More About Fauquier Health Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more.
