Senior QA Analyst

Position Overview

The Senior QA Analyst will act as a technical expert and information resource in assigned areas, performing and leading quality assurance testing to ensure IT systems, products, and services meet established standards and requirements.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of QA testing experience.
5+ years of experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps.
5+ years of experience executing test cases manually.
5+ years of experience reporting and tracking bugs in DevOps.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience scripting test cases using UFT One or similar tools.
3+ years of experience executing test cases with automation tools such as UFT One.
3+ years of familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3+ years of familiarity with the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
Perform and lead tests to ensure IT systems, products, and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
Work closely with application development teams throughout software development, including application development, operations, technical support, and security.
Lead and administer change control processes to support zero-defect software development.
Create complex test data for applications.
Document testing data, findings, and reports.
Provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports and regularly update management.
Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curricula, and training sessions.
Provide resources and support for technical writers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
