Remote TPR QA Analyst & Policy Coach

Knowledge Services

Knowledge Services is seeking a Third-Party Review (TPR) Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana to conduct independent case reviews that enhance quality assurance for eligibility staff. The role requires analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy in adhering to State and Federal policies. The TPR Analyst will coach eligibility staff, deliver training sessions, and collaborate with the Program Management Team to address quality issues. An excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid. #J-18808-Ljbffr
