Location: Nashville, TN (In-Person) Hours: 2-3 Days/Week Internship Dates: August 1, 2026 — December 31, 2026 Compensation: $13.00/hour Opportunity to extend into a part-time or full-time role based on performance and business needs. About the Role Norwood Social Co. is a fast-growing social media and digital marketing agency partnering with brands across hospitality, fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, dependable, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant Intern to work directly alongside our Founder & CEO and help keep both business operations and day-to-day personal logistics running smoothly. This is a unique, hands-on role that is approximately 50% executive and agency support and 50% personal assistant support . The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys organization, problem-solving, running errands, managing details, and making life easier for the people around them. Every day will look a little different. You may spend one day preparing equipment for a client content shoot and organizing the agency office, and another coordinating appointments, managing returns, grocery shopping, or preparing for upcoming travel. This is an in-person position based in Nashville, TN . Applicants should be available approximately 3 days per week , with occasional flexibility for content shoots, adhoc events, and changing schedules. Responsibilities | Personal Assistant Support Assist with day-to-day personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, and calendar coordination. Run personal errands throughout Nashville, including grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, package drop-offs, and miscellaneous pickups. Assist with household organization and help maintain an organized, functional environment. Coordinate household services and appointments, such as cleaners, maintenance providers, deliveries, and other vendors. Assist with grocery ordering, household restocking, and keeping track of frequently needed items. Help manage returns, exchanges, online orders, packages, and deliveries. Assist with travel preparation, packing, itineraries, reservations, and pre- and post-travel organization. Help with occasional pet-related errands and appointments. Assist with personal research, reservations, gifting, event preparation, and miscellaneous projects. Proactively identify tasks that need attention and help keep day-to-day life organized and running smoothly. Executive & Agency Operations Provide direct executive support to the Founder & CEO, including scheduling assistance, research projects, administrative tasks, and special projects. Prepare cameras, lighting, microphones, batteries, and production equipment before content shoots. Assist with setup and breakdown during content shoots and agency events. Purchase and organize props, wardrobe pieces, and supplies for client content creation. Pick up team lunches, coffee, catering, and hospitality items for meetings and shoot days. Run agency errands, including Target, FedEx, UPS, the post office, office supply stores, and client pickups. Order and restock office supplies, snacks, beverages, and production materials. Maintain organization of the agency office, storage areas, and content equipment. Package and ship client gifts, promotional materials, and office deliveries. Assist with preparing conference rooms, meetings, and client presentations. Support networking events, client activations, and agency initiatives as needed. Help ensure the agency operates efficiently by jumping in on miscellaneous projects and operational needs. We’re looking for someone who is: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and dependable. Proactive and able to anticipate needs without always being given step-by-step direction. Comfortable handling both professional and personal responsibilities with discretion. Naturally enjoys organization and creating systems that make things run more efficiently. Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities may shift. Able to multitask and confidently manage a variety of responsibilities. Has reliable transportation and is comfortable driving throughout the Nashville area. Comfortable working from both the Norwood Social Co. office and the CEO’s home as needed. Interested in entrepreneurship, business operations, executive support, hospitality, marketing, or creative industries. Current college students are encouraged to apply, but enrollment is not required.
