What Can You Expect

• The Director of IT will be responsible for the definition and delivery of the overall technology strategy.
• Manage/Oversee relationship of RY’s Managed Service Provider.
• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategic roadmap aligned to business growth objectives and field operations.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and security standards appropriate for a $1B+ contractor.
• Oversee and continuously improve network, server, cloud, and end-user computing environments across all office and field locations.
• Partner with project management, estimating, and field operations teams to understand workflows and identify technology that drives efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience.)
• Demonstrated experience leading and elevating an existing IT team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a construction, engineering, real estate development, or asset-heavy industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present to C-suite and board-level stakeholders and translate IT concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with construction ERP systems (Vista by Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE, CMiC, Procore, or similar)
