This position will be responsible for site leadership of talent acquisition / recruitment, training and employee relations activities while partnering successfully with the management team on cultural alignment. The ideal candidate for this position will be a driven HR professional with a desire to grow professionally within the organization. This position has no supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the Business Unit. This position will directly report to the Director, Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Director Human Resources to drive talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and development strategies, attracting and retaining high potential salaried and direct labor candidates.Collaborate with management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change, and improve employee experience.Utilize AMETEK standard processes and tools, including recruitment tools and software.Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities to improve employee morale and collaboration, and by implementing creative solutions that align with NSI-MI’s values and strategic goals.Lead and support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, including planning and executing appreciation events, wellness activities, and community outreach programs.Participate in the development of formalized growth and training plans for high potential employees.Resolve employee relations situations and coach managers to hold team members accountable and upgrade talent while respecting confidentiality.Participate in staff meetings and key stakeholder meetings, including KPI meetings, on a regular, ongoing basisManage and drive NSI-MI training initiativesFacilitate annual people processes to include compensation planning and performance managementManage HR day to day responsibilities for the NSI-MI Technologies business segment.Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR function and business needs.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience5+ years of experience in Human ResourcesAbility to maintain confidential informationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise in training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs.
