Role Description This full-time Property Manager role at Horizon Realty Advisors is an on-site position located in West Lafayette, IN. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of apartment communities, handling tenant relations, managing maintenance and repairs, leasing units, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and profitable. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in property management, real estate, or related field Knowledge of local property laws and regulations Organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of leasing processes and tenant relations Budgeting and financial management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in property management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr Horizon Realty Advisors
