Busser/Support Staff- Renaissance Allentown- Part-Time - Evenings

$15.00/hr.

Essential Functions

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Assist servers and bartenders with guest service needs.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other items as directed.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restaurant common areas.
• Stock and replenish service supplies including silverware, napkins, glassware, and condiments.
• Assist with polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and preparing the dining room for service.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Support restaurant opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Work cooperatively with all team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to move quickly and safely throughout the restaurant.
• Ability to work in a busy and sometimes noisy environment.
