Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON) Location: Bronx NY Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year Benefits: PTO, Sick Leave, 401(k), Health Insurance About Us long-term care and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Director of Nursing to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality care standards Lead, train, and supervise nursing staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care Requirements Active RN license (New York State or eligible) BSN required; MSN preferred 5+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility required Strong communication and leadership skills What We Offer Competitive salary: $175,000–$220,000/year Paid time off and sick leave Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Schervier Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
