Bar Manager - Full Time Tuckers Shuckers Oysters & Tap | 1339 Bagnell Dam Blvd Join our vibrant team at Tuckers Shuckers Oysters & Tap, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere. As a Bar Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our bar operations, ensuring a fantastic experience for our guests while leading a dedicated team. This position offers the perfect blend of bartending and management responsibilities, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage bartenders and oversee drink service to ensure quality and consistency. Assist the General Manager in daily operations to maintain an efficient workflow. Participate in bartending shifts as needed to support team and service levels. Requirements Proven experience in bar management or similar roles within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Schedule This is a full-time position, requiring 40-50 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available.
