Post Market Quality Engineer (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints and drive records to timely closure
- Analyze post-market quality data including complaints and service reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Own and support nonconformance and corrective/preventive action investigations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve product quality and safety issues
- Conduct risk analyses and calculate failure occurrence ratings using field performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- 0-2 years professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in dynamic environments
- Experience in regulated industry preferred (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace)
Compensation: $79,900 - $127,500 USD
