Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage ventilator and sedation requirements for patients.
• Administer and titrate medications as needed.
• Perform specialized procedures including trach placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to promote patient-centered care.
• Utilize advanced equipment including GE monitors and Drager ventilators.
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Experience with ventilator/sedation management and medication titration in ICU setting.
