What You’ll Do As the #2 leader on‑site, you will partner closely with the General Manager to drive daily operations and deliver an outstanding dining experience across multiple service areas. You’ll play a critical role in overseeing a multi‑faceted food program , including: A busy corporate café featuring 7 stations serving breakfast and lunch Executive services supporting C‑suite leaders with snacks A micro‑market and office coffee service (OCS) program Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations across retail, executive services, and micro‑market Supervise, coach, and develop a team of ~14 employees (4 FOH, 10 BOH) Partner with the Retail Chef to ensure high‑quality culinary execution Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and ordering (including snacks and supplies) Ensure strong financial controls , including cash handling and cost management Drive merchandising and presentation standards in retail spaces Support and collaborate on catering events and special projects Maintain a high level of client and customer satisfaction What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
