Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, informing effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and customize treatment plans with clear objectives and approaches for each client, regularly evaluating progress and adapting as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and seamless care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and managing safety planning as circumstances demand.

• Document therapy sessions with precision and in accordance with ethical, legal, and clinical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that educate clients on coping strategies and mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
