Work Environment\n

This position is based in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services. Our tech-savvy approach ensures that clinicians can easily connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured yet flexible schedule conducive to personal and professional balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health to assess diagnoses, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor each client’s ongoing progress through documentation in adherence to company policies.

• Maintain a substantial caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing therapeutic support that is both accessible and effective.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals to offer seamless service delivery that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.

• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs to help them achieve their mental health goals.
\n
• Document session notes and treatment plans rigorously to ensure compliance with organizational standards and contribute to improved client care.

• Coordinate care by communicating with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educators to build a robust support system for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a wide range of clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our clinicians are deeply involved in providing therapy that addresses various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety to relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required to ensure professional knowledge and competence in the field.

• Previous involvement in fee collection at the time of service, demonstrating financial acuity alongside clinical expertise.
