Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality outpatient mental health services, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Conduct assessments of client mental health conditions, utilizing the latest version of the DSM, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other clinical staff.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic activities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and utilize brief therapy techniques to support individuals facing immediate challenges.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases, contributing to interdisciplinary treatment planning.

• Maintain thorough case documentation and manage therapy paperwork, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
