Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective interventions.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in the recovery process.

• Regularly monitor client progress through structured evaluations and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated treatment solutions.
