Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do (Your Impact): Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent our company culture and create a memorable, dynamic candidate experience from first contact to offer sign-off. Build Strategic Pipelines: Sourcing isn't just posting on job boards—you’ll leverage creative networking, sourcing tools, and industry trends to engage passive talent. Partner with Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand team needs, define ideal profiles, and set recruiting priorities. Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating seamless onboarding. Hit & Exceed KPIs: Track key metrics including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and monthly placement targets to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring to the Table: Proven Track Record: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (with at least 2 years in a fast-paced staffing company environment). Retail or Sales recruitment experience is a major plus! Metrics & Urgency: A self-starter mindset driven by metrics, high energy, and a passion for fast-paced hiring. Versatility: Experience managing diverse requisitions ranging from field roles to high-level corporate leadership. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing software. Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
