New Model Coordinator I

The New Model Coordinator I will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all engineering changes and new model builds from 3P events through first production.This position will support Rheem North America, based in Fort Smith, AR. This is an on-site position.Bachelors Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field, or an Associate’s Degree in related field with 2+ years of experience in similar function, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience in similar function.Understanding of a lean manufacturing environment with a record of proven accomplishmentsUnderstanding of Bill of Materials, New Model Activity, etc.Strong communicative skills (speaking, writing, & listening) with the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups, directors or top managementIndependent thought, good judgment, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projectsHOW TO STAND OUT:Experience in HVAC IndustryExperience working with all levels of managementExperience in a unionized environmentAs a leader at Rheem, how you achieve results is as important as the results you achieve.
