Project Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead and grow our Healthcare Construction division in the Atlanta market. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare facilities while building strong client relationships and mentoring high-performing project teams. As a key leader within the organization, you will oversee multiple healthcare projects, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to owners, healthcare systems, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and industry partners. Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, risk management, and profitability. Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Support business development efforts, client presentations, and pursuit strategies. Partner with operations leadership to grow the healthcare portfolio and expand market presence. Resolve complex project challenges and drive strategic decision-making across multiple projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant healthcare project experience. Demonstrated success managing large scale healthcare construction projects and project teams. Experience overseeing multiple projects with combined values exceeding $50M+. Strong understanding of healthcare facility construction, phasing, renovations, and occupied environments. Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate repeat business. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
