Job Title Associate Development Manager Company Prologis Location Phoenix, Arizona (also Las Vegas and Reno markets) Employment Type Full time Responsibilities Support Development Management in executing projects (Build-to- Suit, Speculative, TI) focusing on entitlement, design, and construction. Deliver TI & speculative building projects that exceed expectations. Accurately monitor, collect, manage, and report project data (safety, cost, quality, schedule). Consistently deliver high‑quality results for internal and external stakeholders. Challenge architects, engineers, and contractors to drive performance (schedule, specs, methods, budgets). Run efficient meetings with clear objectives and outcomes. Keep stakeholders updated and seek appropriate input. Promote a collaborative, resilient mindset open to change and growth. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in real estate development and construction management. Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, Google Earth, Bluebeam, Autodesk Forma. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, team player, customer‑service oriented. Proactive problem‑solving and ability to work well under pressure. Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time. Can‑do attitude focused on efficiency and effectiveness. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural). Willingness to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools. Sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Compensation Salary range: $82,400 - $123,600. Bonus target and other compensation determined by location, education, experience, skills, and market data.
