Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Qualifications: • Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. • We welcome applicants at all levels.
